How To Become a Tenant

Sliding through the timeline will demonstrate how easy it is to become a tenant with us. Everything is explained so you know exactly what to expect.

Find a Property

We have listings on our website, our Facebook page, Facebook Market Place, Open Rent, Spare Room and Gumtree. There will be images of all the rooms in the property on all the listings along with location and any details to be disclosed. If you are interested in a property the next stage would be to arrange a viewing. This is not compulsory and we have video viewings available upon request for all properties.

Arrange a Viewing

We have a calendar on our website that will show all of our available times for viewings. You can add a viewing slot by going through the quick and easy booking process on our bookings page or by clicking the book viewing button in the bottom right of the listings page.

Viewings are not compulsory. If you want to secure a property then you can pay the deposit with first months rent and sign the Scottish Private Residential Contract (SPRT).

Submit Application

Before you can be accepted for a property we have a simple tenant application form to check that you can afford the rent and that you are who you say you are. Checking these things is done to comply with Anti-Money Laundering standards outlined by the government.

To submit an application go to the tenant application page on our website by clicking the button below. The application form will lead you through what you need to fill out and what documents you need to provide.

Deposit, Rent and SPRT

If your tenant application is accepted and you want to secure a property that you are interested in this is only finalised once the deposit and first month is recieved along with the Scottish Private Residential Tenancy (SPRT) contract is signed.

To arrange for the payments to be made and contract sent to you, message or call us on any point of contact that we provide and we will get everything that you need to you as soon as possible.

Move In

After the deposit, first month rent and the signed SPRT contract are recieved the last thing to do is to move into your brand new home. We will arrange a day and time that works for you to meet at the flat and hand over the keys.
