Put simply guaranteed rent is an agreement between the landlord and ourselves whereby we will pay the landlord an agreed rental fee for the property every month without fail. Even if the property is not let out we will still pay you the agreed amount. We will take over management of the property and refurbish the property to a high standard if it needs it. No worries, no stress, just get paid.

Guaranteed Rent HMO
This case study shows the high standard 6 bed HMO we are currently running in Dundee city centre. When we made the initial agreement for a guaranteed rent arrangement the first thing that we did was bring the property up to a high standard. We cover the costs of all the refurbishments and furnishing. You can see the before and after photos to the right.
The landlord is paid the agreed rent every month without fail and is very happy with our service. This specific agreement was a 5 year contract with a break clause at year three so that both parties can review their involvement. The time and variables of the agreement are completely flexible and can be customised to fit around your circumstances.
